Megan Holley
She/Her
Co-Founder & Advisor
As Co-Founder & Advisor, Megan is dedicated to building financial systems that empower organizations with clarity and confidence. Known as a technical powerhouse with a warm, approachable spirit, she designs streamlined processes and reporting frameworks that help leaders make informed, strategic decisions.
With extensive experience working on complex financial systems for multinational organizations, Megan now applies that expertise to Canada’s social sector, partnering with Executive Directors and finance teams to define best practices and strengthen governance. Her focus is always on creating efficiency, transparency, and trust across financial operations.
Working side by side with her husband and co-founder, Gordon, Megan brings both vision and practicality to Humanity Financial. Her goal is simple but powerful: to design systems that provide peace of mind for organizations and their funders, enabling them to focus on the missions that matter most.
